Weapon (shortbow), rare (requires attunement by a person who has proficiency with bows.)

When the Arrow of Oblivion hits a creature it deals (4) 1d6 bludgeoning damage, and the target must make a CONSTITUTION saving throw vs DC 12 or be knocked unconscious for one round. The arrow can be called back to the owner's quiver by speaking a magic word of their choice. After a successful hit it loses its magical abilities until the next dawn, but still functions as a normal arrow that deals bludgeoning damage until then.

Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.

Notes: Unconscious, person who has proficiency with bows., Ammunition, Range, Two-Handed, Vex
