Amulet of the Second Mind

While wearing this Amulet, you have the ability to maintain focus of two concentration spells at once. When you begin to concentrate on two spells, at the end of your next turn, and at the end of each subsequent turn, you gain one point of exhaustion. 

This amulet has two black obsidian skulls that are facing away from each other, forming a heart. At the center of these skulls is a red pulsating, cut crystal. You have the strangest feeling that this crystal is alive.
