Magical attacks against you are negated up to 3rd level. Every magic attack that hits you charges the Arcana Counter Blade by 1 charge per magic attack
You can guard with this blade as an action to reduce incoming damage. You must roll 3d4 after the incoming attack.
Any magical damage type received can be dispelled by the Arcana Counter Blade using chaos bolt.
As a bonus action on your turn, you can use a spell from the blade using it's charges or charge it by casting spells on it as part of your bonus action if you've already haven't used your normal action.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
