Agonizing Accordion

This magical accordion fires a barrage of musical notes that hurtle towards their target with a loud, reedy screech. As an action, while holding the accordion with both hands, you can make a ranged spell attack against one target within 60 ft. (use your Proficiency Bonus + CHA/DEX mod for the attack roll) On a Hit the target takes 2d6 Bludgeoning damage, plus bonus damage based on your DEX/CHA Mod.  

If your attack roll is a natural 1, the according instead hits the wielder dealing damage as normal. 

Agonising drone 3/ day: Choose a creature within a 60ft radius that must succeed of a DC10 WIS Save or take 3d4 psychic.
