You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. This rapier gives you the following abilities:
Every Rose Has its Thorns: This rapier deals Poison damage instead of piercing.
Lover's Quarrel: Every attack made with this weapon counts as two attacks, one from the front and one from the back. If both of these attacks hit you can expend a spell slot to make the target make a DC 15 CHA save or become charmed by you such as the Dominate Person, although using it in this way cause you to gain 1 point of exhaustion.
Bloom and Grow: You gain the ability to cast Wall of Thorns. You can make this wall sprout beautiful flowers that spray anyone within 10 feet of the damaging side of the wall making them make a DC 18 CON save or fall asleep for 1d4+1 minutes, using this does cost one point of exhaustion once Ai is returned to normal.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
