Arcane Battery

A battery fashioned by the dragon Sefrsan. The battery is used to extend the life of any spell which "connects" to it.

The arcane battery can hold up to 20 charges and consumes a number of charges equal to the spell level per hour. While the battery still has charges the spell remains active even if it goes above its normal duration. The battery can regain charges at the start of a long rest if you spend spell slots to charge it gains an amount equal to the level of the spell.
