Andrayan Hunting Arrows

These cruelly barbed, four-point cross-headed arrows do the Andrayan shortbow's 2d6 + 3 damage going in, and an additional 1d6 + 2 damage coming out, if the creature decides to attempt to remove the arrow.  If carefully removed (takes 1d6 + 1 rounds to remove, with a STR Athletics Check DC 15 each round), only half damage is dealt.  If removed all at once (in less than 3 total rounds), deals an extra 1d4 + 1 damage on top of the regular damage of being pulled out (1d6 + 2).  If left in unattended, the target takes 1 point of damage per round doing anything except remaining carefully still.
