Amulet of the glassblower

When you have the amulet you gain proficiency with glassblowing tools.

When you are holding this item, you can use an action to force a creature within 15 ft of you to make a wisdom saving throw DC 14 or be frightened for one minute. On a success it does nothing. You can use this once per long rest.
