An amulet made from the eye of a death tyrant. The amulet has 2 charges and regains 1d2 charges daily at dawn, if both charges are used, roll a d20 on a 1 the amulet is destroyed on a 20 it gains an additional charge slot. The wearer may expend one charge to roll a d10 and use one of a death tyrants eye rays.
