An anvil belonging to the forge-master of elkendrift, the one person who can draw out its true power. The anvil can shrink to roughly 6 inches across and 5 lbs however it is normally about 2 feet across and 35 lbs.
The forge-master has two ways they may use the anvil, Creation, and Alteration.
Creation
The power of creation can be used to create a magic item using the forge-master's own reserve of magic. The requirements follow the chart below for creating items.
Uncommon-the forge-master can not use magic for a day
rare- the forge-master can not use magic for 3 days
very rare- the forge-master can not use magic for a week
legendary- the forge-master can not use magic for a month
Artifact- the forge-master loses the ability to use magic indefinitely and the anvil is destroyed
Alteration
The forge-master can take any magic item and transform it into another random piece of gear of the same rarity. The actual item is up to the DM.
Alteration can be used once per day.
