4-  "Four Of A Kind": This can be used once a turn this Feature can either Grant one person that you can see Advantage on all rolls (Except attack rolls) Or Use witch bolt as a bonus action for the duration of the targets life or you're discretion. 

7-"Parliament": This can be used once an Encounter this Ability Protects one person insight from all ranged attacks.

10-"Fools Gamble": You are able to use an 18,19 or 20 once a long rest replacing other rolls EX. Rolled 3 replace 20 for a crit

13-"Suit of your choice": This can be used once a Long rest this Can forcefully remove an element from the fight that is not a weapon or anything heavier than 30lb such as unequipped weapons or bags

21-"Gamblers Gillatine" Roll a d100 and it deals that much damage the dm rolls this dice and can tell you the number at their discretion can only be used once an encounter

52- "W.A.R" 

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
