This spear has the finesse property in place of the capability to be thrown, and is also made of Adamantine.
Lyra had this spear commissioned to better suit her own capabilities. Using the Adamantine recovered from Justice Alpha, the artificers constructed and manipulated it to bring the spear in line with a more dexterous application.
