Amulet of Transportation

This amulet can be used to call upon the enchanter and perform one of the following:

• While this amulet is on the same plane of existence as the enchanter, it can be used to cast the Sending spell once per long rest. 
• While this amulet is on the same plane of existence as the enchanter, it can be used to teleport the enchanter to within 5ft of you. If the enchanter is unwilling, they must succeed on a DC 17 Intelligence saving throw or be teleported to your side. 
• The enchanter can choose to teleport to the amulet if they so desire. If you do not want the enchanter to do so, you must succeed on a DC17 Intelligence saving throw or they will appear within 5ft of you.
