Potion, very rare

A special alcoholic drink brewed by the (in)famous hag Auntie Inaga.  It consists of a thick, pale pink liquid with small grey lumps floating in it, and bubbles with a faint effervescence that does not fade.

If drunk by a fey or fiend, the brew gives the effect of the Guidance spell on the next ability check made by the drinker.  If drunk by any other creature, that creature must roll a Wisdom saving throw and suffer the effect indicated on the table below.

Score Effect
20+ Your mouth tastes bitter and unpleasant. For the next hour, you have disadvantage on CON saving throws.
15 to 20 You are drunk for the next 1d4 hours, and have disadvantage on all WIS and DEX based checks and saving throws.
10 to 15 You are under the effect of a Confusion for the next 1d4 hours.
5 to 10 Your ability scores are equal to a beast (CR 4 or less) of the DM's choice for the next 1d4 hours, as though you were under the effect of a Polymorph spell.
Less than 5 Roll 1d4 +1. You gain that many levels of exhaustion, as well as all other effects listed in this table.
