Gauntlets of Lightning and Thunder

With the Gauntlets of Lightning and Thunder, with every strike, you shall stun and deal 2d10 lightning strike+ 1d8, and thunder deafens all within a 60 feet radius. All whomst hear your thunder, must make a constitution saving throw of 13 or higher. If the saving throw fails, they are deafened for 6 turns.
