Amulet of Draconic Heritage

This item can only bear worn by dragon-borne. Once attended to this item, the wearer can use an action to become a dragon of their unique dragon heritage. The age of the dragon will depend on the level of the character. Level 0-5: No physical change, but their breath weapon damage and area of effect doubles, level 5-9: Wyrmling, 10-14: Young Dragon, 15-20 Adult Dragon. The dragon will have the same stats as those listed in the 5e monster manual. If the character is reduced to 0 hit points while in dragon form, the player will revert to their dragon-borne form with 0 hit points. This item can only be used once per day and recharges at dawn.

Notes: Requires the bragon-borne weared to use their breath weapon upon the item, then wear the amulet until the next dawn breaks.
