Amulet of the Atheist

This iron amulet contains a rough engraving of a human form. Once per day, a creature attuned to it can spend 1 minute performing a ritual that cleanses the area of the influence of the gods. All consecrated or desecrated ground within a 1 mile radius permanently loses these properties, including any properties granted by the hallow spell or similar. In addition, celestials, fiends, and undead with a challenge rating of 2 or lower are immediately banished to their home planes. Any creature within the area possessed by a celestial, fiend, or undead becomes no longer possessed. Following this ritual, no creature can consecrate or desecrate the area for 24 hours.
