Ancestral Sentinels belt

A belt crafted from the remaining metal and bone fragments Kuruqk and Eladrineth liberated his peoples souls from while being bound to serve the corrupted Bone knight after death. Through the incantation of bonding the fragments, they manifest into a form of its own resembling that of a snake. It then moves to attach itself to its maker, watching over them with eyes always open and searching.
While wearing this belt, you have advantage on initiative rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks.
