A wooden box, about 1ft cube, with the front open like a small shelf. When attuned the box floats over your shoulder.
For double the spell slots you can store spells in the floating shelf. When you do this, a book is added to the shelf. Doing this requires you to spend 30 minutes per spell. You can store up to 10 levels of spell slots. Casting stored spells do not cost spell slots and then that spell is removed from the shelf
When you cast a spell that is stored in the shelf, the shelf counts as a +2 spell casing focus
