Weapon (longbow), uncommon

An arrow of vampiric touch has been touched by a cleric of the grave and connects you to your target siphoning their life to cure your wounds. The touch of your shadow-wreathed arrow of vampiric touch can siphon life force from others to heal your wounds. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 necrotic damage, and you regain hit points equal to half the amount of necrotic damage dealt.

Once an arrow of vampiric touch is loosed, it becomes a nonmagical arrow.

Other types of magic ammunition of this kind exist, such as bolts of vampiric touch meant for a crossbow, though arrows are most common.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
