This magical weapon looks like an ordinary walking cane but there's a rapier sheathed inside. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, as well as a +1 bonus to spell attacks and spell saves DC. This weapon can be used as a spell focus, if you use this weapon to attack while it's still sheathed then you deal bludgeoning damage instead.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
