Amulet of the Necromancer

Always cold to the touch, this amulet depicts the visage of Vecna, the Whispered One. This item can only be attuned to by a spellcaster.

The amulet has 3 charges and regains 1d3 charges daily at dawn. While attuned to it you can cast the spell Animate Dead from this item as an action by expending 1 charge. If all charges are expended roll a d20. On a 1 the amulet shatters. 

While attuned to it the user can roam freely amongst skeletons, zombies and other undead creatures with low intelligence (Int of 6 or lower) without being attacked as those creatures see them as undead.* (*Skeletons, Zombies and such creatures can still be commanded to attack you)

Curse. This amulet is cursed, and becoming attuned to it extends the curse to you. Until the curse is broken with a remove curse spell or similar magic, you are unwilling to part with the amulet and cannot un-attune to it.
