A red-ish, blue, somewhat translucent stone, shining with a pure white glimmer.
This item was crafted by 'Hillside Edgar' during his seclusion as a Hermit. It took him 5 years of infusing a philosopher's stone with his own Ki daily.
It grants the user immortality once he is attuned to it and only Monks of the Astral Self are capable of attuning to it. If you wear this item for 10 years or longer and try to un-attune, you need to succeed a wisdom safe DC 15 to not fall unconscious and drop to 0 hit points, also on a failed save, you don't un-attune from it and the secondary effect can still activate.
Also, once per day (recharges after a long rest) if you would drop to 0 hit points and/or fall unconscious the stone pulses with red energy and restores 1 hit point to the user.
