If a dragonborn equips this item they have the ability to choose they're breathe weapon type on long rest as well as having a +5 bonus to persuasion checks against all dragon types.
When the dragonborn is attuned they have similar abilities with the persuasion check on dragon types now having advantage instead of the +5 and can now change their breathe weapon on short rest also having access to any draconic breathe type the user knows of. As well as being able to command one adult dragon of the users choosing permanently. The dragon is aware of this and may verbally object but still must follow the command. If the dragon ever truly feels insulted or demeaned by the user, the command will sever with the user not being able to command that same dragon again. If the command ability is broken the user must wait a month to be able to command a new dragon.
When a non-dragonborn race is attuned to this item they have the ability to make a breathe weapon attack of one of the five chromatic breathe weapons once per 24 hours and can speak draconic.
If a non-dragonborn race tries to use the item without attunement the item teleports to the nearest place where the blood of an evil aligned dragon is present.
If the user is considered lawful evil then they're chromatic type breathe weapons do twice the damage and if they're considered lawful good then they can choose to reroll any ability check against a dragon type once per day.
Other alignments have no added bonus.
Only the attuned user can successfully use locating spells on this item. If unattuned and within range of a type of locating spell, this item will instead begin glowing a vibrant red and become scorching hot applying 1d6 fire damage on touch. as well as a suggestion spell being placed on the caster to leave it alone. Once no longer affected by the spell it will return to it's normal state immediately.
Notes: An Armband made of the finest material, resembling that of gold with 6 finely detailed golden dragon heads resembling the 5 chromatic dragon types and one head resembling an unknown dragon type, that's snarling. Each head has a color of gem matching the type of dragon it is set into with the unknown head having an impossibly glimmering diamond set in its mouth. The black head is biting the neck of the green while the white bites the neck of the blue.
