An amulet with a simple gold chain and a circular pendant that is encrusted with various gems and runes similar to that of a teleportation circle.
While attuned to this amulet the wearer can cast the teleportation circle as a ritual with a casting time of 10 minutes as long as they are aware of an existing teleportation circle to use as the spells target and have the material components required for the spell. The amulet can also be used as a target for another person casting the teleportation circle spell as long as they are familiar with the runic pattern engraved on the amulet.
The wearer can use the amulet to create up to 5 semi-permanent teleportation circles. This process takes an hour, during which the wearer is engrossed in the very intricate carvings of the symbols of their new circle, and costs 1000 gold of materials, increasing by 1000 gold for each additional circle created this way. If the amulet has been used to create 5 circles and the wearer attempts to create a new circle the spell will consume 6000 gold worth of materials and the oldest circle created by the amulet while cease to function.
