Amulet Of Ki Conversion and Storage

This amulet allows a Monk who dabbles in spellcasting to convert their inner Ki to a spellslot at a conversion ratio of 1 Ki point to 1 spell level. It also holds onto this energy based on the wearer's capacity for storing Ki equal to 1/3 the wearer's Ki maximum rounded down.
