Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Bard)
This small wooden horn like object is covered in arcane runes that increase the potency of any bard spell cast through it. In order for it to be effective it must be affixed to a lute and wielded by a bard.
When spells or bardic abilities are cast using this acoustic amplifier, it increases the spell DC by 2.
