Arcane Training Dummy

This metallic-looking training dummy is composed of a large central cylinder with four smaller poles that jut out from it, vaguely resembling the shape of a humanoid. It is made from some of the toughest materials in the region, and it's been enchanted with special abjuration magic that helps it endure even the harshest of beatings. Many high-level schools of magic and/or warcraft will build these for their students to practice on.

You can take 10 minutes to set up the Arcane Training Dummy in a space within 5 feet of you that you can see. Dismantling the dummy takes the same amount of time. The dummy has the following features while it is set up:

• The dummy is considered a Medium construct with a movement speed of 0.
• The dummy is immune to all damage types and conditions, and cannot be damaged or destroyed without first having dispel magic or a similar effect being cast upon it. 
• The dummy's armor class is 10 by default, but it can be altered via a small control panel on its back (it takes an action to do so). The dummy's AC can go as low as 0 or as high as 20, and it is considered natural armor, as the dummy's alloyed exterior magically hardens to accommodate to the given settings.
• The dummy automatically fails any saving throws it makes.
• Any spell or effect that targets creatures based on their hit points (such as the sleep spell) treats the dummy as if it had 1 hit point.
• The dummy cannot be moved (unless through magical means) without first succeeding a DC 20 Athletics check. The dummy is affected by gravity as normal.
