A tortoise shell fused with a belt of giant strength, and a large amount of leather bindings and straps. There is also a large number of arcane ruins covering almost every square inch of this suit of armor. This was the shell of a Tortle barbarian who discovered late in life his dormant intellect which made him a prodigy in studying the arcane. The location of the Tortles death held a large number of strange powers leading to the creation of this armor.
- You gain proficiency in using heavy armor for as long as they are attuned.
- This armor causes the wearer to be extra vulnerable to the prone condition. It will take all of the wearers movement to stand up from prone.
- If you do not already have the extra attack feature you gain it. If you do have the extra attack feature you may now take an additional attack on your bonus action.
- The wearer of this armor has their strength score set to 21. If your Strength is already equal to or greater than the belt's score, the item has no Effect on you.

- Any abjuration spells cast using this as an arcane focus, excluding spells cast by using the charges in this item, are upcast by 2 levels
This item has 6 charges, and regains 1d4+2 charges at sunrise. You may expend these charges in the following manner
- Spend 1 charge to cast Mirror image as a bonus action
- Spend 2 charges at any time to add your intelligence modifier to all Ability checks, Saving throws, and Attack rolls you make for the next round
- Spend 3 charges to cast Blink as a bonus action no concentration needed
This armor is made of narrow vertical strips of metal riveted to a backing of leather that is worn over cloth padding. Flexible chain mail protects the joints.
