Wondrous Item, legendary
Little is known about this magical artifact.
Upon activation, it creates a dome over the world, which blocks entry and exit of physical as well as magical forces. How to activate it remains unknown, but it turns off by the mere touch when active. It is known that you can appear in the dome from pocket dimensions, and that it can be anywhere from 3 meter radius to at least 20 km radius. It is also known that it is drained by effects hitting it, not its size.
It is known to be charged with energy, but its discharge rate and how to charge it (if at all) is unknown.
