a small blue ball made of an unknown reflective material that creates a blue hue of light allowing the user to walk around on either a flat piece of ground, a spiraling staircase, or an angled set of stairs this does not apply to gravity as your feet stay attached to the blue light instead of resting on it. while attuned to this item creatures gain an innate flying speed equal to their walking speed this blue hue can be created at any time, if a creature is falling and uses this item it will not take fall damage. you can create extra underneath others but the user must have concentration and be able to see the creature at all times if not the other creatures will fall, creating two must result in a concentration check if this check is failed the extra blue hues vanish and the other creatures must make a dexterity saving throw  DC10+ the fall distance divided by 5. taking normal falling damage (xd6 where x= ft/10 rounded down)

blind sight counts as seeing a creature
