Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
A simple amulet this item is a golden disk with the transmutation sigil engraved upon it. An attuned creatures for is concealed behind a facade of their natural appearance. A creature can make a DC 20 investigation, or insight check to determine that this is a facade, a creature with true sight can tell that this is a facade however they cannot discern the true form of the attuned creature. Additionally an attuned creature has advantage on saving throws against having their form altered (polymorph, disintegrate, ect.).
If an attuned creature removes the amulet their attunement automatically ends.
