Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a creature not wearing Armour or a Shield)
The base design of this amulet is incredibly plain, awaiting a true artist to make its mark on it. However the enchantment is new and very strong, most likely originally designed for an arcane weilder to wear due to their inability to wear armour and cast at the same time.
