When a target is marked people wearing the glasses see a red outline around it and gain a +1 on attacks against it. Marking can benefit from any special senses you have like blindsight or true sight.

it also has a advanced Communication system, it will cast message to any of the other glasses when needed and as a action you can see through other glasses. When looking through them you do not benefit from any special senses.

 As a free action you can mark creatures as friendly giving them a green outline when somebody wearing the glasses looks at them or you can mark them as important which gives them a blue outline.

you can scan maps and pull them up through the glasses at later dates.
