You have resistance to cold damage while you wear this cloak.  You can withstand temperatures of -50°F while wearing this cloak and temperatures of up to -100°F when combined with heavy clothing. Must test for exhaustion each hour in temperatures over 70°F or every 5 minutes in temperatures over 90°F.
