This small spherical pendant can be worn as a necklace, bracelet or earring,  the Amulet of Aer'ank'ltor are crafted by the githzerai of the Cenobium Cosmic as a gift to those Initiates unable to naturally evoke psionic energy.

While the Amulet of Aer'ank'ltor is on your person, you can cast the mage hand cantrip, a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once).You can cast it without verbal or somatic components, and you can make the spectral hand invisible at point of casting.
