Ring, very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)
This band appears to be made of the starry skyscape of the Astral Sea itself, and it always feels extremely cold to the touch. When attuned to this ring, you automatically prepare or know all first level spells on your spell list. Additionally, you gain the ability to use an action to sense any planar portals within 1 mile of you.
