Weapon (musket), rare

This oddly-styled rifle is a standard armament for enforcers in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Pulled directly from the abandoned MIA armory deep within the lower stacks, a noticiable tinge of rust can be seen lining the barrel and firing mechanisms. Although this rifle has seen better days, upon testing it still shows to fire straight and true.

You get a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magical weapon. If you are proficient in firearms, martial weapons, or the musket, you are considered proficient with this weapon.

Additionally, whenever you land a critical hit with this weapon, the target takes an additional 2d6 fire damage as the firing mechanism fires an overheated round. However, when you roll a 1 on your attack roll with this weapon, the mechanism jams, rendering the weapon unusable for the rest of your turn.

Proficiency with a Musket allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage, Combat, Loading, Range, Two-Handed, Ammunition (Firearms), Slow
