Aquarius

This enchanted cup holds a honey-like substance that grants various powers.  It holds 5 swallows (charges), and regains a number of charges equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) daily when the stars are the brightest (or at midnight)

While attuned to this cup, you can use your action to expand any number of charges and give a willing creature within 5ft a drink, you can imbue the drink with one of the following effects:

Beloved of the Sky:

• Gain the ability to polymorph into an eagle and back as an action for the next hour or until your eagle form goes under 0 HP. (2 Charges)
• Polymorph into a Roc until the end of your next turn. (4 Charges)
• Cast the "Call Lightning" spell. (3 Charges)

Pleasure of Mind:

• Gain Advantage on all Intelligence checks for 12 hours. (2 Charges)
• Gain 30ft of Truesight for 2 hours. (4 charges)
• Restore a spell slot (1 Level for 1 Charge)

Immortal in the Stars:

• Do not age for the next 24 hours. (3 Charges)
• Cast "Plane Shift" (5 Charges)
