Amulet of the Raven

This amulet made out of long black raven feathers and claws is obviously of Orcish making. It is imbued with shamanistic magic to protect its wearer from the cold embrace of death.

The wearer of the amulet gains one additional death saving throw before dying. In addition, once between long rests, the wearer may maximize the healing from spent hit dice during a short rest.
