Cloak of Gray Tomorrow (Cursed)

This cloak normally appears similar to a Cloak of Invisibility.

Raising the hood of this cloak allows the user to become Invisible for up to 1 hour. However, when the time runs out, the hood is lowered, or the magic otherwise ends, the user immediately becomes Blinded for a length of time equal to how long they were invisible. The magic of the cloak cannot be used again until the duration of this effect is over. Abilities such as Blindsight and Tremorsense are not affected, and Truesight only allows the user to see ethereal objects/creatures. The user experiences the full duration of the blindness even if the cloak is removed, unless  Remove Curse is cast on them or the cloak.

If the curse is removed, the cloak becomes a regular Cloak of Invisibility.
