Anstruth Harmony Blade (emboldened)

You have +2 to attack and damage rolls and +1 to spell attack and damage rolls (if able to use as a focus). Spells cast with the blade cause it to ring out in harmony. A creature that attempts to use the blade without being attuned to it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 2d4 psychic damage.

You can use an action to sing with the blade and cast one of its spells: Fly, Invisibility, Levitate, Protection from Evil and Good, Control Weather, Cure Wounds (5th level), Wall of Force. Once the blade has been used to cast a spell, it can’t be used to cast that spell again until the next dawn. The spells use your spellcasting ability and spell save DC.

The vibrations caused by the blade cause an additional 1d8 force damage if you have cast a spell with it or expended a bardic inspiration since the beginning of your last turn. Ongoing concentration on a spell does not count, but issuing new commands through an ongoing concentration spell does. 

You can sing with the blade while casting a spell that causes any of its targets to be charmed on a failed saving throw, thereby imposing disadvantage on the save. This effect applies only if the spell has a somatic or a material component.

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
