Athlete's Training Boots

A pair of beautifully interlocked leather boots that look from elven craftsmanship. Once you put them on, you can feel how heavy these leather boots actually are, as if they were used as ankle weights for physical training.

In order to attune to these boots, you shall go for a run of at least 1 hour while wearing them. Once the attunement is complete, you feel enhanced and your feet nimbler, gaining the following benefits:

• Your speed increases by 5 feet. Additionally, all Strength (Athletics) checks are made with advantage.

• If you are knocked prone while wearing these boots, standing up uses only 5 feet of your movement.

Notes: Bonus: Speed, requires attunement by a character with a Strength score of at least 13
