This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges and give one creature of your choice awesome demon horns. These horns confer no benefit, and cannot be removed unless they are coated in a mixture of celestial blood and pickle juice, and are sliced off by a meat cleaver.

The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand’s last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand erupts in an awesome explosion. Anyone within 10 feet of the exploding wand takes 1d10 fire damage and the wand is destroyed.
