Wondrous Item, rare
A beautiful silver locket, always with a lovely portrait inside. The portrait is always a different person.
When you open it, it heals you and your party to (nearly) full health (minus 1d10). In doing so, it instantly kills the person in the portrait, always a real person in the world.
Better hope it's not you.
