Aeolus was said to be the only being capable of wielding all 4 winds of Theros at once. Aeolus was a devilishly clever man who was able to trick each of the 4 Winds to place a fragment of their power within this finely crafted twine bag. Wielding their power as his own Aeolus transformed this simple bag into a dangerous weapon of the Storms.
