Angry Shoes

The infamous Angry Shoes started out attached to a young mage who while being a prodigious caster, grew up in a family of warriors and was constantly bullied by them. Seeking a way to help enhance their presence, a pair of shoes was enchanted to make them sound quite angry and dangerous.  These shoes were terribly effective at their job, eventually gaining consciousness and wreaking havoc across the land...but that's another story.
