Scythe of Cronus (version 1.1)

A one-of-a-kind 10-foot wooden +3 scythe with a blade of bronze and black iron that can harm gods and absorb mortal souls, the Scythe of Cronus, also spelled Kronos, was created by the Greek Earth Mother Gaia (or Gaea), who inhabits the Elemental Plane of Earth along with numerous Earth deities (such as the Egyptian god Geb, among others). The youngest of the divine Titans, Cronus killed Kampe, who imprisoned the first generation of Greek Titans (Oceanus, Tethys, Hyperion, Theia, Iapetus, Themis, Coeus, Mnemosyne, Crius, Phoebe, Rhea Silva, and Cronus) in Carceri for the Sky Father, Uranus (Ouranos). Cronus then killed his father with Hyperion, Iapetus, Coeus, and Crius's help and scattered his essence across the multiverse, becoming Titan King. At the end of the Titan War, Hades, invisible, did the same to his father as Cronus did to his, binding his essence in the Tarterian Depths.

Soul-scatter. The scythe attacks a creature's soul, instead of its body. On a hit, the creature takes 100 (39d4+3) psychic damage (which ignores resistances and immunities) and, if it dies, the scythe can be used to cut up its body and soul, or imprison the soul.

Destroying the scythe. Only a primordial god (such as Gaia, Nyx, Pontus, Nut) - of any pantheon - can destroy the scythe of Cronus, which Gaia will interfere in if she's not the one asked for help. The Earth Mother will only destroy the scythe for a price - most likely the restoration (which the scythe can do) of Cronus and her other son destroyed by the scythe, the gigantes Alcyoneus. If the scythe is destroyed, they will be nearly unstoppable, both intent on the destruction of the Olympian gods.

Proficiency with a Sickle allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
