The Amulet has 4 charges. the wearer can spend 1 charge to summon a swarm of ravens which will obey the summoners commands, or 3 charges to cast polymorph targeting the wearer allowing the wearer to turn into a raven. The amulet regains 1d4-1 charges daily at dawn.
In addition the wearer also gains the ability to cast speak with animals at will targeting only ravens.
