This gnarled stick is scorched black, glowing internally as if it were fresh from a fire.  When used by an evil creature, this wand grants the ability to cast the alter self, darkness, misty step, and pyrotechnics spells.  This wand holds 4 charges, and expending a charge casts one of the listed spells.  Expended charges return at dawn.
